As the new year is finally here, I have decided to map out the timetable of publishing the Tales of Stattendor comic book series via WEBTOON. True, I tried to once publish the series sometime earlier, but I was stopped by issues relating to the production of the series. The main one being the budgeting of the comic combined with the timing of it all proved an annoying obstacle to overcome. Toward the end of twenty-five however, I managed to come up with (or should I say returned to) my original plan all those years ago. Upon reaching the first day of twenty-six, I will return Tales of Stattendor WEBTOON page to publishing one page a week.
Now that’s been said, I know what all of you are thinking, how can you publish at such a rate? The answer might surprise most of you as I too wish I could publish more and ideally; I’d love to publish one comic a month. This is due to me wishing to maintain a persistent rate of publishing as well as having enough content to last throughout the year ahead and for some of the year after. Having such time allows me to write more content for the next few comics as well as trying to promote the series to the best of my abilities. For those who subscribe to my Patreon, are the lucky few, as they get to read the comics and stories before anyone else can so consider joining those privileged few. Once upon a time I considered creating and producing a YouTube series using tabletop miniatures set within the same world, yet this proved to be a time-consuming project that drew little attention but maybe it should be given a second chance after all this time. Who among you would love to watch a series of short films with tabletop miniatures?
One of my biggest fears is spreading myself a little too far for projects which might prove to be my downfall. Atleast in a creative sense. Running into creative drought is a huge concern for all creatives, and because of such, pacing my endeavours and balancing between creating and producing is a never-ending task. Typically, I write my stories by hand and have a few notebooks I’m slowly filling with adventures and events which might be appearing on my media platforms in the future, but I won’t spoil it for any of you. All these handwritten stories will most likely be transformed into novel format for the Legends series.
